The Team

Lennard Maronde - Account Director

After graduating from Bournemouth University, Lennard started work at Dare as an account handler. Soon his talent was spotted by Publicis Modem and he was hired to help on the RBS and EasyJet brands. After three very successful years and winning numerous awards, he moved to One Apple Two Oranges where he worked as an Account Director on ground breaking campaigns such as the Guinness “Tipping Point” and the New Zealand Tourist Board “forever young” campaigns. Finally, in 2009, he and his three colleagues founded IntuVision.

In his leisure time Lennard likes to travel the world, always looking for new and exciting cuisines. He is also a member of the London Floorball club and plays in regular tournaments.

Matt Welch - Head of Media

After graduating from Bournemouth University in 2002, Mediacom headhunted Matt as a graduate trainee. Just eighteen months later, Matt was appointed as Head Media Planner. His unique grasp of media didn’t go unnoticed by London’s top agencies, as Matt was later appointed Media Director at Mediaedge:CIA in 2006. After first helping Mediaedge:CIA produce award winning campaigns for the likes of Coke and Stella Artois, three years later, when offered a partnership in IV, Matt described the offer as “too big of a challenge to turn down”. Since joining us, Matt has continued to demonstrate an unprecedented level of understanding of today’s consumers and how they interact with both traditional and emerging media platforms. As Matt himself often chooses to remind us: “without the right platform, communicating your message, at the right time, to the right people, it doesn’t matter how effective you think that message might be, it is destined for failure.”

Aside from Media, Matt lives a relatively simple life, he likes to spend his time outside, either walking his dogs or working in his fruit and vegetable garden.

Liam Thomson - Creative Director

Liam graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in Advertising & Marketing in 2005 and was soon accepted onto a limited graduate experience scheme at Saatchi & Saatchi focusing on events and publicity. However Liam quickly discovered that his fertile imagination and lateral thinking would serve him well in the creative field. Since then he has developed a true passion for engaging consumers through digital media. This passion was largely forged during his time at Lawton Communications Group and in particular their digital-only agency Five by Five. Liam worked as both assistant creative director and art-director and achieved notable success on the recent Guitar Hero and Call of Duty advertising accounts that Five by Five pitched for and won. This found the relatively small agency handling all of the global digital advertising for two of the most successful franchises in modern computer gaming.

This success left him hungry for creative growth and filled with ambition - which led him to join Lennard, Matt and Tara at Intuvision as Creative Director.

Tara West - Head of Research

After finishing her studies Tara was recruited by TBWA as an junior account planner working on world famous brands such as Adidas and Apple. After two successful years at TBWA she decided she needed a bit of a change and accepted the role of planner at McCann Erickson. Here she quickly impressed not only the clients with her great insights, but also the CEO and was quickly promoted to senior account manager where she worked on the HP account as well as Nestle. After being anounced as Campaign magazine's planner of the year for 2007 and 2008, Tara joined Matt, Liam and Lennard to persue a different path - the creation of an own agency.

In her spare time Tara is never far from her kids, playing and enjoying life. She lives outside London in a beautiful house, which was part of the Grand Designs TV programme.
